2024: My Year of Divine Uplifting
As we draw the curtain on 2024, it's fitting to reflect on our church's remarkable journey. 2024 was a tapestry woven with moments of spiritual growth, community building, and unwavering faith.
A cornerstone of our spiritual enrichment was the Four Prophetic Sundays in February. The four prophetic Sundays dedicated to the theme "My Year of Divine Uplifting" were not merely a series of services; they were divine appointments and gateways to a deeper understanding of God's plan for our lives. The atmosphere was charged with anticipation each Sunday as the congregation eagerly awaited the prophetic words that guided their journey throughout the year. Children are a heritage from the Lord, and according to Proverbs 22:6, which says that we should train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it, so in tune with this, the Children's Programme nurtured the faith of our youngest members, created a fun and engaging environment where they learned about God and grow in their relationship with Him. Our commitment to nurturing every diverse community member was evident throughout the year.
However, the Men's Programme gave our male members a vital space for fellowship, encouragement, and spiritual edification. Similarly, the Women's Programme empowered women with spiritual strength, fostered sisterhood, and equipped them for their unique roles in ministry and society.
The future of our church lies in the hands of our youth. The Youth Programme was crucial in cultivating a vibrant and engaged young generation, providing them with opportunities for spiritual growth, leadership development, and meaningful service. The Special Anointing Service/Praise Night in December served as a powerful prelude to the new year, a time of intense prayer, worship, and fresh anointing for the challenges and opportunities ahead in 2025.
As we prepare to embrace the blessings of 2025, we are reminded of the importance of seeking God's face and walking in His divine will.
